Every deadline.
Every receipt.

Malta rule pack
The 30 days, never missed.
Start a lease and the countdown starts with it: the due date, today's fee and the Housing Authority portal one tap away. Then the three-month notice, the yearly increase and the 30 April tax date.
- Registration within 30 days, renewal and termination steps
- Non-renewal notice by registered letter, three months ahead
- Rent increase calculator with the 5% cap
- 15% final tax estimate and the TA24 reminder
Everything about each let
Leases, extras, inspections.
Rent and deposit, ARMS, internet and common parts charged the way Malta's law allows, your tax and maintenance reserves, solar panels and garages, and room-by-room inspections with timestamped photos.
- Extras on top of the rent: ARMS advances settled on each bill
- Tax reserve at 15% and a maintenance reserve, worked out for you
- Built-in Malta suppliers, plus your own plumber, agent and notary
- Insurance renewals and certificates (EPC, lift, gas) on Today
Privacy by design
Your tenants' data is not ours.
Landlord platforms keep ID copies and payment records on their servers. Lettkeep keeps them on your iPhone and Mac, encrypted, and syncs through iCloud with end-to-end encryption if you want it. We couldn't read them if we tried.
- Data Not CollectedThe App Store privacy label, and we mean it.
- Face IDLocked on open; ID copies need a second check.
- End-to-end iCloudEncrypted before it leaves your device.
- Yours to exportEncrypted backups and exports, any time, free.
Your logins stay yours
Lettkeep never sees what you type.
Every link in Lettkeep, to the rent registration portal, your bank, ARMS or your insurer, opens in Safari, not inside the app. You sign in with your e-ID in Safari, as you always do. Lettkeep has no in-app browser and no password fields, so your logins, codes and bank details never pass through it.
- Links open in Safari, never in an in-app browser
- Your e-ID, bank and portal logins never pass through Lettkeep
- No password fields: keep logins in Apple's Passwords app
- Phone numbers open the Phone app, emails open Mail
What happens when you tap
